In my early twenties, I interned as a teacher’s aide and substitute for K-4th grades. I learned a lot about working with glitter. For instance, it stays with you for a very long time. You’ll find it a week later in your hair. You’ll find it a year later in your car. When I sold the car I had at the time years after my internships, I passed some of that glitter along to the new owner.
